On the afternoon of March 6, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the VCCI Ho Chi Minh City Branch hosted a Spring gathering for business leaders and enterprises. The event brought together central government officials, local authorities, representatives from departments and agencies, business associations, and a large number of entrepreneurs and enterprises from across Southern Vietnam.

At the event, VCCI leaders, together with representatives from central agencies and the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, acknowledged the vital contributions of the business community to socio-economic development. They also reaffirmed their commitment to further improving the investment and business environment in a more transparent, efficient, and business-friendly direction.
On this occasion, VCCI awarded Certificates of Merit to 48 individuals, including leaders of associations and member enterprises from Ho Chi Minh City and other localities, in recognition of their outstanding achievements in production and business activities, as well as their active contributions to VCCI’s initiatives both regionally and nationwide.
Among the honorees, Mr. Nguyễn Nhật Quang – Vice Chairman of the Board and Deputy General Director of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company (Investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park) – was recognized for his remarkable contributions to business operations. He was also acknowledged for his pioneering role in establishing and operating the Phu My Global Supply Chain Center, an initiative that has significantly enhanced value chain connectivity and strengthened logistics and industrial capabilities within Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park.

This recognition not only marks a personal milestone for the business leader but also serves as a strong motivation for Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park to continue its pioneering role in attracting investment, promoting sustainable industrial development, and contributing to the overall growth of the business community and the economy.

As part of the program, delegates also attended a thematic session titled “Connecting Businesses in a New Era of Development,” where speakers and guests shared insights into emerging economic trends. The discussions highlighted the importance of digital transformation, innovation, and stronger inter-business linkages to enhance competitiveness.
In addition, the VCCI Ho Chi Minh City Branch (Facility 2), in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association and the South Ho Chi Minh City Business Association, announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The cooperation program for the 2026–2030 period focuses on improving a transparent and favorable investment environment, supporting business expansion, and developing a resilient business community in the context of international economic integration.
