Leasing preriod in PM3 SIP is 70 years (from 2007-2077), significantly longer compared to the normal period of 50 years in other industrial zones
Exemption of Land-use-fee for up to 15 years from the date of PM3 SIP's construction completion and putting the project of PM3 SIP into operation (from 2018)
