PHU MY 3 SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIAL PARK

POWER: Stable power is supplied from Phu My Power Plant and Ba Ria Power Plant under the management of Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) with a total capacity of 4,100 MW.

22Kv voltage is supplied to the customer's fence by underground cable system.

WATER: Water is provided to the customer’s fence in PM3 SIP with a capacity of 100,000 m3/ day by underground water pipes D225-D600 of Phu My Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Wasuco), which have total compacity of 500,000 m3/day, from two sources: Ho Da Den (33.8 million m3) and Song Ray (208 million m3), located in Chau Duc District.

The centralized wastewater treatment plant of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park is designed and built by Kobelco Eco-Solutions, capable of treating wastewater up to the most stringent and first column A standard in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province with capacity of 45,000m³/day.

Phu My Dry Port
In the heart of the Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water port cluster, the heart of the international trade flow, Phu My Dry Port stands out as a strategic link in the Phu My Global Supply Chain Center.
With a scale of 38 hectares, 6 modern ports with depots and smart container yards, this place not only affirms its strong operational capacity but also creates a green - efficient - sustainable logistics journey.

Phu My 3 Warehouse
Located in the Phu My Global Supply Chain Center ecosystem, Phu My 3 Warehouse is developed on an area of over 32 hectares, a modern storage and distribution place for goods with many functions: bonded warehouse, general warehouse, CFS warehouse and specialized chemical warehouse. The warehouse provides comprehensive logistics solutions from storage, consolidation, packaging, labeling to direct connection with the dry port system.
Operating in a green - smart - sustainable direction, Phu My 3 warehouse applies advanced management technology (WMS, RFID, QR code, API), along with a synchronous safety - security system. This is a strategic platform to help businesses optimize costs, improve operational efficiency and increase competitiveness in the global supply chain. 

Condensate and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are supplied from Dinh Co Gas Processing plant to Thi Vai LPG Terminal via underground pipelines passing through Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park alongside the natural gas pipeline running parallel to the boundary of Phu My 3 Industrial Park from the Nam Con Son / Bach Ho gas pipeline system.

Natural gas (NG) & Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are managed and distributed to customers in Phu My 3 Industrial Park through underground pipelines that deliver directly to the fence of the customer factory.

The residential complex and golf course in phase 3 of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park covers an area of 90 hectares, with modern planning, fully integrated living and entertainment facilities for both local and international professionals and worker. The key highlight is the 27-hole international standard golf course, surrounded by stunning natural scenery, providing a classy relaxing space.
