Amid the vibrant atmosphere of the Vietnam Industrial & Manufacturing Fair (VIMF) Binh Dương 2026, held from June 17 to June 19, the booth of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP) attracted significant attention from business, investors and industry partners seeking opportunities to expand and grow their operations in Vietnam.
On June 13, 2026, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company officially received the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) for production zone No. 4 of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone (FTZ), covering an area of 335 hectares with a total investment of up to VND 5,338 billion.
On June 9, 2026, Ton Dong A Corporation officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Factory No. 4 – Dong A Phu My Co., Ltd. at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP). With a total investment of approximately VND 7 trillion, the project represents a significant step forward in Ton Dong A’s new growth strategy while further demonstrating PM3 SIP’s attractiveness to large-scale industrial projects with advanced technologies and high added value.
On May 20, 2026, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP) organized a field trip and survey program to learn about the model of an industrial park integrated with a seaport, and to understand the practical operations of logistics and the industrial park-seaport ecosystem at Phu My 3 SIP, together with Kühne Logistics University (KLU) (Germany), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), and the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI-HCM).
On April 22, Showa Sangyo International Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially announced the commencement of operations Pre-mixed Flour Manufacturing Plant at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park. Developed on a 1.3-hectare site with a total investment of USD 21 million, the project marks another significant milestone in attracting international investors in the food processing industry to Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park.
On March 27, 2026, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrail Park (Phu My 3 SIP) successfully held the 5th Technical Meeting with the theme "For Enhancing Industrial Symbiosis in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park", in collabration with the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
