PHU MY 3 SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIAL PARK WELCOMES SIPISC DELEGTION AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES

On January 9, 2026, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3) had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the Southern Investment Promotion, Information and Support Center (SIPISC) - a unit under the Foreign Investment Agency, Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, along with representatives from agencies, associations and businesses with foreign direct investment (FDI).

The visiting delegation included 24 agencies, associations and businesses from China and Taiwan, including representatives from state agencies, diplomatic agencies and investment promotion organizations. Leading the delegation were Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen - Director of SIPISC, Foreign Investment Agency, Ministry of Planning and Investment, and Ms. Chen Tzung Yuh - Director of the Economic Department, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City, who played a crucial role as a bridge, supporting the connection between businesses and associations form China, Taiwan and other countries to participate in the working program and learn about the investment environment in Vietnam.

Notably, the program also included the participation of many pprestigious business asociations such as the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the Singapore Business Association, and the Malaysia Business Association. This opens up opportunities to strengthen connections and long-term cooperation with the international business community, especially between Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Park and the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Ba Ria - Vung Tau in the future.

During the working session, the delegation directly visited and learned about the technical infrastructure, planning, and investment environment of Phu My 3 Industrial Park - and industrial park oriented towards development according to a apecialized, modern, and sustainable model, meeting international standard.

In addition, the delegation also visited the Phu My Global Supply Chain Center, located within the comprehensive services and utility ecosystem of PM3 SIP. This center play a strategic role, acting as an "extension" of the Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water port cluster, contributing to the completion of the integrated logistics chain and enhancing global connectivity for investors.

A hightlight of this center í the Phu My dryport, planned on an area of 38 hectares, boasting 6 modern berths, along with a smart depot and container yard system. The port provides a full range of logistics services such as loading and unloading, multimodal transport, documentation, import and export  customs clearance, and warehousing, helping businesses optimized their operating time and costs.

Simultaneously, the Phu My Warehouse System, planned adjacent to the port, covers an area of up to 250,000 m2, aiming to develop into an international standard storage and distribution center. The warehouse complex is built according to a multi-funtional logistics model, including specialized chemical warehouses, bonded warehouses, general warehouses and notably, the first CFS (Container Freight Station) in the region, providing a completed logistics solution from storage, consolidation, packaging, labeling to direct connection with the dryport.

The visit and working session of the SIPISC delegation along with international agencies, associations, and businesses is a significant milestone, contributing to affirming the position of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park as a leading industrial investment destination, while expanding opportunities for strategic cooperation and attracting high-quality FDI in the future.
