On the morning of June 13, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (Phu My 3 SIP) had the honored of welcoming a delegation from the Ministry of Construction, along with leaders of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and representatives of Departments, Boards and Branches in the province to visit and work.

The visit is within the framework of inspecting and grasping the actual implementation of the GATE TOWERS Project - a worker accommodation facility at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park - one of the key projects on social security of the province.

The Gate Towers Project is directly invested and developed by Phu My 3 SIP, spans a total area of 4.67 hectares, with a total investment capital of up to VND 1,820 billion and capable of providing accommodation for 10,000 workers. Gate Towers is planned in a synchronous and modern manner to provide long-term, convenient and safe housing solutions for workers working in the industrial park.

At the meeting, representatives of Phu My 3 SIP updated the project progress, shared the overall planning orientation and listened to comments from the Ministry of Construction as well as local authorities.

Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park is committed to continuing to closely coordinate with relevant parties to speed up progress, ensure the quality of the project, and contribute to building an effective and sustainable living and working environment for workers in the Industrial Park.
