On 24th July, 2019, with the co-organization of Phu My 3 specialized industrial park, European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EUROCHAM) organized a survey field trip at Phu My 3 specialized industrial park and Tan Cang – Cai Mep Thi Vai terminal one-member LLC (TCTT), Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. With about 45 foreign investors in the fields of manufacturing, oil filter, ship building, chemistry,… the survey field trip provided a lot of useful information for the representatives. Starting from Ho Chi Minh city, the EUROCHAM group examined actually at TCTT, then at Phu My 3 specialized industrial park with various strategic benefits in attracting industrial investements.

At the meeting, TCTT’s representative presented strongpoints and invest effects of Cái Mép – Thị Vải port – a deep-water port with modern infrastructures and convenient position, as well as emphasized economical benefits of the port in cooperation on both sides in various fields, especially manufacture industry.

Mr. Hitoshi Misawa – Thanh Bình Phú Mỹ Joint stock company’s Marketing and Customer service manager – had an impressive presentation about benefits to the investors.

Starting to be constructed in August 2015 with 999 ha acreage in total, Phu My 3 specialized industrial park can be able to accept various kind of fields as heavy industry, multidisciplinary industry, port, logistics with different production scales. At present, the industrial park is almost completed all the infrastructures of phase 1 including: internal road systems, electricity and water supply systems and plants. With the core values of protecting environment and lasting development, Phu My 3 specialized industrial park is the pioneering industrial park in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, put into operation in phase 1 of The centralized wastewater treatment plant meeting A standard (Current treatment capacity is 9,000m3 of wastewater / a day and a night) in order to protect the investors from risks of violating environmental regulations due to lacking of infrastructures, minimizing negative effects to investors’s business activities. After the success of phase 1, Phu My 3 SIP is promoting investment in the next phase of the project to respond investors’s increasing demands.
