Leasing preriod in PM3 SIP is 70 years (from 2007-2077), significantly longer compared to the normal period of 50 years in other industrial zones
Exemption of Land-use-fee for up to 20 years from the date of PM3 SIP's construction completion and putting the project of PM3 SIP into operation (from 2018) (exact time depending to the lot's location)
